Return Policy

Opalina has a return policy that allows for order cancellations before the product has been manufactured and shipped. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.

However, if the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returns:

  • Before initiating a return, customers must contact Opalina via email at InfoOpalina@gmail.com.

  • The return policy is valid for 14 days from the date of receipt. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, refunds or exchanges cannot be offered.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Return Conditions:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including labels and packaging.

  • Damaged products are not eligible for refunds.

  • Opalina reserves the right to refuse a return if any condition is not met.

  • The company is not responsible for address errors made by the customer.
